About us
Local hearts. Professional hands.
Why we started Caring Hearts — and the standard we hold every caregiver to.
It started at a kitchen table.
Caring Hearts began the way the best home care companies do — not in a boardroom, but at a kitchen table. We watched someone we love have her world shrink after a fall, and be told she’d need to leave the home she’d lived in for fifty years.
What she needed wasn’t a facility. She needed help with the hard parts so she could keep the life she loved. Finding that help — someone familiar, reliable, and genuinely kind — turned out to be far harder than it should have been.
So we built what that family couldn’t find. Caring Hearts is a locally owned company in Pocatello, and we treat every client’s parent the way we wish someone had treated our own.

What we stand for
Six promises we make to every family — and hold every caregiver to.
Treat them like our own
Would this be good enough for my mother? If not, it isn’t good enough for yours.
Show up, every time
Reliability is love in this business. We keep our word on schedules and on quality.
Protect dignity
We care for people, not conditions — guarding independence, privacy, and pride.
Tell the truth kindly
Honest guidance on care and cost, even when it means fewer hours for us.
Stay local, stay accountable
We answer to our neighbors. Our name is on it, and we act like it.
Invest in caregivers
Great care takes a great team. We take care of the people who take care of you.
What you can count on
The practical side of “we treat them like our own.”
Screened, bonded, and insured
Background checks, reference verification, and ongoing training before anyone enters your home.
The same familiar faces
A small circle of two or three caregivers per family, so there is always someone your loved one knows.
An office that answers
Call during the day and reach a neighbor in Pocatello. After hours, we are on call around the clock.
Want to meet your caregiver?
Every client is matched personally — and we follow up the same day.
Start with a free, no-obligation visit. We’ll listen first, then build a plan around the person your family knows.
No cost. No contract. A real person answers.
