Common questions

Straight answers on cost, contracts, and who will be in your home.

How much does in-home care cost?

Cost depends on hours and level of care. We’ll give you a clear, honest number at the free assessment — no vague quotes and no pressure to buy more hours than you need.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No long-term contract. We start where it makes sense, adjust as needs change, and you can stop at any time.

Will my mom have the same caregiver?

Yes — that’s the core of how we work. We build a small circle of two or three caregivers around each client so there are always familiar faces, including on backup days.

How do you screen caregivers?

Background checks, reference verification, bonding and insurance, and ongoing training — including specialized dementia training. We hire for character first.

Does insurance or the VA cover this?

Non-medical home care is usually private pay, but long-term care insurance and VA benefits often apply. We’ll help you figure out what you qualify for.
