Accessibility
Built to be used by everyone.
Many of the people we serve rely on assistive technology. This site should work for them, too.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website, and we test against it as the site changes.
What that looks like here
- Every page can be navigated and every form completed using only a keyboard.
- Text and controls meet contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Images carry meaningful text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Headings, landmarks, and link text are written to make sense out of context.
- Motion is kept minimal and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
The interactive map on our contact page is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. The same information, including our service area and office hours, is available as plain text beside it.
