What we collect

When you request a free assessment or apply for a job, we ask for your name, phone number, and, optionally, your email, along with the details you choose to share about the care you need or your caregiving experience. If you call us, we may keep notes from that conversation so we can follow up properly.

Browsing the site does not require an account, and we do not run advertising trackers. The map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website for us, and only so they can do that job:

Our lead service. Form submissions are recorded byCyberlion Leads, which stores your request so our office can follow up. It also notes the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign tags in that link.
Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a real person is sending them. Turnstile may process your IP address and basic browser details underCloudflare’s privacy policy.
Website hosting, which serves these pages to your browser.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Assessment requests and applications are kept for as long as we need them to serve you or consider your application, and then removed. Client care records are kept as Idaho law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared at any time by calling (208) 269-7150. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome by phone.
